Satellite Events:

All educational, social or other meetings or events that include attendees of the 48th SGS Annual Scientific Meeting need to be approved by SGS leadership. Satellite events require a sponsorship fee. To request approval for a satellite event, click below to access the required form. Request for satellite event approval needs to be submitted before February 28, 2022.

Satellite events are all activities held at the La Cantera Resort & Spa property or off the premises beginning Saturday, March 26 through Thursday, March 31, 2022. Exhibitor assumes full responsibility for property damage, personal injury or death to any party, by reason of occurrences at or related to any such event. No activities can be scheduled during SGS sessions or receptions. 

Exhibitor Badges

Due to the meeting COVID POLICY we request that exhibitor badge requests be submitted by each exhibitor representative so that we may incorporate their COVID ATTESTATION at the time of request. We are now taking exhibitor badge requests using the exhibitor badge and attestation form HERE.

We must receive their badge request and attestation no later than March 11, 2022. You are allocated three complimentary badges for each 100 sq. ft. of contracted booth space. Badge requests over your allocation will be billed to you at $200 each. We will submit an invoice for any overage on March 14, 2022.

All exhibitor badge requests after March 11th and onsite will require an attestation and be billed at $200 each.

Lead Retrieval was included with your exhibit booth fee. It will be incorporated into the meeting app. More information about lead retrieval may be found HERE..

A virtual exhibit booth was included with your exhibit booth fee. Click HERE for how to set your virtual booth. More information regarding the virtual booth will be emailed to the virtual booth contact identified in your exhibitor registration form.

Exhibitors Invited to All Social Events

Our sponsors are invited to all social events being held during the meeting. Click on the Exhibitor Social Event Registration Form to register your representatives for these activities that enable you to have additional 1/1 time in a social environment with the meeting attendees. We are excited about our Tuesday evening Fund Development event that includes SGS' Got Talent Contest, music, fun and games. Come join the fun.

SGS Group Rate is $259. This rate is inclusive of the resort service package that includes local calls and 800 numbers, daily bottled water, wireless internet access in guest rooms, lobby, restaurant and lounges, self parking, access to the fitness center, resort activities, golf bag storage and shuttle service within 3 miles of resort. Reservations require a non-refundable deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first night of the reservation.
